From Peru to Singapore

When the world’s top chefs ask you to help launch their pop-up restaurant in Singapore, you say “Yes, Chef!” Bringing together great Peruvian cooking, a creative social campaign, and a precise media strategy, we ensured it was a full house every night.

Working closely with Chef Virgilio Martinez and Chef Pia Leon’s culinary team, we created a campaign that helped to educate and excite our Singaporean audience.

We began by taking people on a journey. Each day we would post a countdown to the opening night on social media. We began at sea level, then slowly rose up to the mountains – each time posting the altitude and the unique ingredients that could be found at that height and on the MASL (Meters Above Sea Level) menu.

Once we reached the summit, we launched our videos and a paid media campaign specifically targeting prospective diners.

Using continuous testing, we were able to refine our creative and targeting strategy. Overall, we reached over 1.2 Million people (⅕ of Singapore’s population), improved cost efficiency by 95%, and ensured every seat was sold out for 12 weeks running.
